hey peps..

sorry for not updating...

i've busy with work and camps...

too tired...

i've been working at the ritz carlton recently...

on the 13 and 14 of sept. as a waitress in the Food and Beverage department... training for the Grand Prix in Singapore...goin to be working with the ritz carlton at the Singapore flyer.. i have to reach the hotel at 9 am in the morning for the work...I HAVE TO GET NEW SHOES...my shoes are horrendous.. my feet is still cramping today. the uniform of ritz carlton banquet is like kueh lapis. hah! imagine that! i would say working in the banquet department is painful. physically and mentally... physically as in the pain in the arm from carrying all the heavy silver tray and plates and bowls of food... mentally as in u see all these good food go to waste or u are really hungry and all these plates of awesome food is right in front of u. like for example...there was this dish...sliced abalone with sea cucumber and blanched vegetable in thick sauce. there was a few guests that ate only the blanched vegetables and not the expensive abalone and the sea cucumber! like wad the hell! ALL THOSE GOOD FOOD!!! u dun wan i wan!

and yesterday when i was serving the chinese wedding banquet, my team only had one side station! where got enough space to put the jugs and the trays and all the 4 plates of food? so it was really rushed...FULL HOUSE! 750 pax. sorry for the environmentally conscious people...i LOVE sharks fin! and to see that bowl of double boiled sharks fin...argh! stop growling u naughty stomach! u cant eat it! can only see and smell and serve! but no eating!

haiz...only FI left...but if like do this for like once a week will be quite good..cos like got extra income of 42.25 dollars each week for only 6.5 hrs of work...tiring but a really good experience.. ill never do this full time...ill DIE!!! next time i ORDER other people DO!
